Driftwood is the story of 15-year-old Sam, a swimming prodigy, whose life is split into two very different worlds: a poignant antithesis between talent and achievement at the dawn of his sporting career, and fear and torment in his home and social life. Starring Sam Gittins (The Smoke, Ripper Street) and Neil Maskell (Kill List, Utopia).

Long-listed for a BAFTA in 2014, selected for a Coup de Coeur at Cannes Film Festival 2013 and winner of over 20 international film festival awards, Driftwood was also screened on Channel 4 as part of their short film programme The Shooting Gallery in 2014.

Driftwood is represented for distribution by Shorts International.

Mel ends up on the wrong side of town on a dark Halloween night. Determined to walk home alone she draws the attention of a shifty looking young man. As he begins to follow her the night takes a turn for the worse. Starring Rebecca Van Cleave (The Royals), Sam Gittins (Ripper Street) and James Alexandrou (Eastenders).

The Prey was seen on the festival circuit around the world and has also been acquired by Eli Roth’s Crypt TV, being released online in April 2016. So far the film has been seen over 2 million times across social media.

Commissioned and screened by Film4 Frightfest, the UK’s leading genre film festival, for their “Turn Off Your Bloody Phone” campaign. This 30-second ident was played before major UK horror premieres (Including the European premiere of The Babadook) at the event, held at the VUE Leicester Square in 2014, to remind people to turn off their phones in the bloodiest way possible!
